These terms govern purchases and use of Playdom's digital gift-card marketplace.

Operator information

Playdom is a United States digital-commerce storefront. The contracting entity name, registered address and transaction-specific seller information are disclosed in the checkout record and order receipt. Customer support is available at support@playdom.codes.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate account and payment information. You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.

Product compatibility

Gift cards are digital products with platform, country, currency, account and region restrictions. You must check the product description before purchase.

Orders and delivery

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or hold orders for availability, sanctions, fraud, payment, pricing or compliance checks. Ownership and risk pass when a code is made available in your account.

Prices and taxes

Prices are displayed before checkout. Applicable taxes and fees, if any, are shown before payment. We may correct obvious pricing errors before delivery and refund the affected payment.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use stolen payment methods, resell codes where prohibited, evade geographic controls, automate abusive purchases, launder funds, or interfere with the service.

Third-party brands

Platform and game names belong to their owners. Unless expressly stated, Playdom is an independent reseller and is not sponsored by those owners.

Liability

Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

Governing law and disputes

The governing law and competent forum identified by the contracting entity on your order confirmation apply, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country. Contact support before filing a claim so the parties can first attempt an informal resolution.
