Email support@playdom.codes with “Security report” in the subject. Include reproduction steps and impact without including customer data or live gift-card codes.

Safe research

Do not access another person's account, reveal or redeem inventory, disrupt service, conduct denial-of-service testing, send spam, or use automated scanning that degrades availability. Stop and report if sensitive data is encountered.

Our response

We will acknowledge credible reports, investigate and communicate remediation status when appropriate. This policy is not a bug-bounty promise or authorization to breach applicable law.
