KYC and order verification

Why Playdom may verify an order and how customer information is handled.

When verification may apply

Most purchases use automated payment checks. Additional verification may be requested for high-value orders, unusual purchase patterns, payment disputes, account recovery or legal compliance.

Information requested

We request only information reasonably needed to verify the payer or order. Instructions are provided through the account or an official playdom.codes support address.

Security

Playdom will never ask for a full payment-card number, card security code, banking password, gift-card redemption code or remote access to your device.

Outcome

An order may be approved, delayed, cancelled or refunded after review. Submitted information is handled under the Privacy Policy and retained only as required for security, disputes and law.
