About digital delivery
Where your code appears and what to check before redeeming it.
Delivery destination
Delivered codes appear in My Orders for the account used at checkout. A delivery confirmation may also be sent to the verified email address on the account.
Delivery timing
Most in-stock digital products are released after successful payment and automated risk checks. Orders requiring review remain visible in your account with their current status.
Region compatibility
Storefront currency and product redemption region are separate. Always select the product region that matches the receiving platform account. A code cannot normally be exchanged after it has been revealed.
Need help?
Keep the order number and a screenshot of any platform redemption error, but do not send the code itself in an unsecured message.
