Payment methods

How payments are presented, authorized and protected on Playdom.

Accepted payment methods

Checkout is processed by Stripe. Available card brands and wallet options depend on the selected store, device, currency and issuing bank. The checkout page displays the payment methods available for that transaction.

Authorization and currency

Your bank may apply currency-conversion or international-transaction charges. Playdom displays the order currency and total before payment. Payment is captured only through the secure checkout session.

Payment verification

We may request additional authentication or identity verification for unusually large, repeated or high-risk orders. Failed or incomplete authorizations do not create a fulfilled order.

Payment support

Include the Playdom order number when contacting support. Never send full card numbers, security codes or online-banking passwords.
