Refund and Cancellation Policy
Digital codes have special cancellation limits, but faulty or misdescribed products remain protected by applicable consumer law.
Before delivery
You may request cancellation before a code is allocated or revealed. We will cancel and refund when fulfillment has not begun.
After delivery or reveal
Because a digital code cannot reliably be returned once exposed, change-of-mind cancellation may end when you expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge loss of the applicable withdrawal right. This does not remove mandatory rights for faulty, invalid or misdescribed products.
Invalid code claims
Contact support promptly, preferably within 14 days, with the order number, platform error, activation time and screenshots. Do not publish the code. Eligible outcomes include replacement or refund.
Processing
Approved refunds are submitted promptly; banks may take additional business days.
