Digital Delivery Policy

Playdom sells digital codes; no physical goods are shipped.

Delivery method

After payment, availability and fraud checks, the code is delivered inside the signed-in account and may also be confirmed by email. Codes should never be sent in plaintext email.

Timing

Most eligible orders are processed shortly after payment, but manual verification, supplier availability or payment review can delay delivery.

Customer responsibilities

Confirm region, platform and account compatibility. Secure the receiving account and reveal the code privately.
