Complaints Handling
We aim to resolve order and service complaints fairly, promptly and with a clear record.
How to complain
Email support@playdom.codes from the account email and include the order number, issue, requested outcome and supporting screenshots. Never include the complete redemption code in email.
Our process
We acknowledge complaints as soon as practicable, investigate payment and code status, and provide a reasoned outcome. Complex supplier or platform verification can take longer; we will provide progress updates.
Escalation
Request escalation if you disagree with the initial outcome. The final response will identify any applicable external dispute-resolution or consumer-protection body once the operating entity and jurisdiction are finalized.
Chargebacks
Contacting support first often resolves issues faster. This does not limit any lawful right to contact your card issuer or consumer authority.
